It starts online. In this session, Todd Kozikowski, CEO of 4WARN, will explore how third-party litigation funding (TPLF), coordinated digital marketing, and the growing use of AI-generated content are influencing claims and litigation across the industry. Using real-world examples, Todd will show how litigation strategies are increasingly shaped by online search behavior, targeted advertising, and AI-assisted content designed to influence who files claims, when they file, and how those claims escalate.
Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of why these activities are difficult to detect with traditional cyber security tools, what early warning signs insurers and agents should be watching for, and how greater visibility into digital activity can help teams prepare before losses materialize.
