Cumberland County FEMA Flood Zone Maps will change effective June 20th , 2024 and York County maps change effective July 3rd, 2024. 

A significant number of buildings/homes close to the Coast will be newly-mapped into High Hazard Flood Zones for the first time which may require that they have a flood insurance policy for their lender.
