Property and casualty exposures in today's new normal, old normal, or abnormal insurance marketplace demand an understanding of the dynamic interaction between traditional personal and commercial insurance. The seminar will analyze significant coverage issues when writing commercial and personal lines insurance. Participants will understand what causes claims and how proper procedures and documentation can be implemented to prevent or reduce claims. Commercial and personal lines agency procedures will be examined, and systematic monitoring processes will be identified to assist participants in reducing the likelihood of claims and helping establish good agency practices.
